The Children's Hearing Assistance Program is 100% donor supported. All donations go directly to program support. We would like to gratefully acknowledge outstanding contributions from the following:

How the Children's Hearing Assistance Program can help you

To be eligible for participation in the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• be in need of audiological evaluation and/or hearing aids or equipment 
• not have a working and appropriate hearing aid 
• be financially unable to afford an evaluation or purchase a hearing aid 
• not have a Medicaid card or private insurance which will purchase a new hearing aid 

Each applicant will need to make a minimum of three (3) visits to Heartspring for testing and fitting of the hearing aid. Returning for cleaning and checks are at no charge to the client during the warranty period. Aids are under warranty any where from 1-3 years depending on the company.

Initial ear molds are included in the cost of the hearing aids. Families will be responsible for paying for the necessary batteries.
