10-Year-Old Donates Christmas Present to Heartspring

While many kids wish for toys and video games, 10-year-old Logan Hopper wanted nothing more than to donate the money that would have been spent on his Christmas gifts to children with special needs. Logan and the Hopper family recently presented a $100 check to Heartspring. The family has been long supportive of our events, participating in PedalFest and Lights on the Lake.

Boeing supports Pediatric Services Financial Assistance

The Employee Community Fund of Boeing Wichita presented Heartspring with a $25,000 donation to support financial assistance to families struggling to afford their child's therapy needs. Boeing employees contribute to the fund throughout the year and an employee committee determines local agencies to receive grants.

Bank of America Foundation donates to Financial Assistance Fund

Heartspring received a $9,000 donation from the Bank of America Foundation. The gift will provide financial assistance to families who cannot afford the cost of their child’s therapy needs.

Spirit Freedom Fun Run

This summer, more than 200 employees and family members from Spirit's Wichita and Tulsa facilities participated in the second annual motorcycle Fun Run. Riders from Kansas and Oklahoma met in Independence, Kan., and donated more than $4,500 to local charities Heartspring and Toys for Tots.
