Prior to arriving for your scheduled appointment, please click on the link below and click on run when provided with the option. Once the downloading is complete it will open up the registration page for the portal. 

*Please note that the Patient Portal software is compatible with Windows operating systems only and will not work on a Mac.

1. Download Heartspring Patient Portal

2. Click "Run" when prompted:

3. Fill out and submit registration page

4. Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email with your ID and password.

In order to reduce the amount of waiting time at Heartspring, please print and fill out the following forms prior to coming in. Forms are also available at the Heartspring Pediatric Services front desk.

Heartspring is conveniently located in northeast Wichita, Kansas on 29th Street between Rock Road and Webb Road. Nearby highways include I-135, K-96 and US Highway 400.
